Michelle Lorms is more than a real estate professional—she is a community connector with a passion for bringing people together and helping others feel at home in Northern Kentucky.
As the Founder of Leading Ladies NKY, Michelle has created a growing community where women can build genuine relationships, connect personally and professionally, and find a place to belong. She is also actively involved in serving the Northern Kentucky community. Michelle serves on the board of GO Pantry and supports its mission of providing food for local children. She is also involved with the Women's Initiative through the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce.
Michelle and her husband, John, work together as the Lorms Home Team, helping families buy, sell, build, and invest in real estate throughout Northern Kentucky. They are proud parents of two sons: Tanner, who attends the University of Kentucky, and Landon, who attends Georgetown College and plays football.
Whether Michelle is helping a family find the right home, connecting someone with a trusted local resource, or creating opportunities for women to build meaningful friendships, her mission remains the same—to strengthen relationships, serve her community, and help make Northern Kentucky feel like home.
